Is Haushaltsbuch & Budget Planer free?
Yes. Tracking income and expenses, categories, the monthly overview and JSON backup are free. Pro is an optional upgrade that adds multi-month reports with charts and CSV or PDF export.
Does the app work offline?
Yes, fully. Every feature works without an internet connection, and all your data is stored on your device. There is no cloud and no sync.
Do I need an account or an email address?
No. Open the app and start — there is no sign-up, no email and no user database.
Does the app track me or collect my data?
No tracking, no analytics, no account, data stays on device. There are no advertising or analytics SDKs. The only outgoing network call is App Store receipt validation, and only when you buy Pro. The full privacy policy is on the privacy page.
Does it connect to my bank?
No. Entries are added manually and there is no bank-account linking — by design. That keeps your financial data on your device and out of any third party's hands.
Can I export or back up my data?
Yes. A full JSON backup is always free, so you can move your data to a new device. CSV and PDF export are part of Pro, for sharing or your own records.
